2 cups All-purpose Flour
3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoons Salt
3/4 cups Reduced Fat Buttermilk
2 Eggs

1/4 cups Cream Cheese
1 cup Oreos, Lightly Crushed
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons 1% Lowfat Milk
2 Oreos (crushed)

1. Preheat your oven to 425u00b0F. Coat 2 mini loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside.

2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add buttermilk, eggs, butter, and cream cheese to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

3. Divide batter between the 2 mini loaf pans. Sprinkle each loaf with 1/2 cup crushed Oreos.
