1. Roll out crescent dough sheet. (You can also use crescent rolls and press the seams together, or your own homemade dough.)
-
2
2. Sprinkle the brown sugar over everything but about 1/2-inch of one long edge (this will be the end of your seam when you roll up your buns, and you want it to stick firmly).

3. Sprink cinnamon over the brown sugar.

4. Roll dough in a spiral roll towards the edge left plain.

5
5. Pull dough to about the size of a broom handle.

6
6. Cut 3/4-inch pieces.

7. Place in a greased mini muffin pan. You should have about 24.

8 . Place in a 350-degree oven for fifteen minutes.

9. Pull out right away and insert a stick. The brown sugar should harden quickly and hold the stick in place. Let rolls cool completely.

10. Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make the icing. Drizzle over the top of the rolls with a fork, and let dry. You can also melt white chocolate instead of the icing if you want to bag these up individually.

Another alternative would be making your favorite cinnamon roll recipe in the mini form, and threading them on sticks, placing them on a platter with the icing in a bowl next to your bouquet for guests to dip their rolls in before eating.
