Mini Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes

   Preheat oven to 325F.

   Paper-line 24 muffin cups.

   Place one slice of cookie dough in each cup.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookie has spread to edges of the cup.

   Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth.

   Add chocolate chips.

   Pour about 3 Tablespoons of this mixture over each cookie.

   Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.

   Cool completely on wire rack.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating.

    I like to put a lot of chocolate chips in mine, but you can most certainly adjust the amount to suit your preferences, or leave them out completely.
