"Mini" Cheesecakes

   Use midget baking cups.

   Mix ingredients together.

   Put 1 vanilla wafer (top down) in each baking cup.

   Pour in batter (approximately 1/2 to 3/4 full).

   Place on cookie sheet or pan. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 350u00b0.

   Let cool and top with cherry or other pie filling.

   Yields 30 to 40 cheesecakes.
