Mini BBQ Ribs

   Pour coffee over rib pieces in full-steam table pan (or in half-steam table pan for trial recipe).

   Cover with foil.

   Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 2 hours.

   Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan.

   Bring to simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently.

   Remove from heat.

   Remove ribs from oven; drain and discard liquid.

   Reserve 3 cups of the barbecue sauce mixture (or reserve 3/4 cup of the sauce for trial recipe).

   Brush ribs generously with remaining sauce.

    Continue baking, uncovered, 45 min.

    or until sauce is caramelized.

    For each serving: Plate 4 rib pieces.

    Serve with a 1-oz.container of the reserved sauce.
