Ingredients: 1 lb stew beef chunk, minced; ½ cup suet (optional); 20 green tomatoes, cored; 18 tart apples, peeled; 1 12 lbs raisins; 3 tablespoons cinnamon; ¾ cup sweet fruit juice; ¾ cup citron, Minced; 6 tablespoons orange rind; 3 teaspoons salt; 1 tablespoon clove; 1 ½ teaspoons allspice; 1 teaspoon ginger; 1 cup beef stock; brandy, if desired; 1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 lb stew beef chunk, minced
½ cup suet (optional)
20 green tomatoes, cored
18 tart apples, peeled
1 12 lbs raisins
3 tablespoons cinnamon
¾ cup sweet fruit juice
¾ cup citron, Minced
6 tablespoons orange rind
3 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon clove
1 ½ teaspoons allspice
1 teaspoon ginger
1 cup beef stock
brandy, if desired
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Cover meat with water and simmer until tender.

Force meat, suet, tomatoes and apples through food processor until it is in smallish pieces.

Place in a large saucepan and add remaining ingredients (except brandy) and simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently.

Fill 3 hot, sterilized 1-quart jars.

Place 2 tablespoons brandy on top, if desired.
