3 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. baking pwdr

1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn oil
1 egg

Grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan; set aside.

Break up mincemeat in a small bowl; add in brandy and soak till soft.

Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.

Beat together bananas, corn syrup, lowfat milk, sugar, corn oil and egg in a large bowl.
