Minced Meat Cookies Recipe

   Cream shortening, add in sugar.

   Blend well.

   Add in Large eggs and beat till smooth.

   Sift flour, salt, soda and gradually add in to mix.

   Stir in chopped meat.

   Drop by tsp.

   onto greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

   Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min or possibly till lightly brown.

   Makes 6 1/2 dozen 2 inch cookies.
