Mike'S Macaroni And Cheese Ala Italiano

   Cook macaroni according to package, use salt in cooking water (a lot).

   Cook until medium soft (do not overcook).

   Drain. Place in oblong baking dish.

   Put butter in milk and microwave until butter is melted and milk is warm.

   Pour over macaroni. Dust flour and seasonings over top of mixture.

   Add cheeses and mix in thoroughly.

   Dot top with butter.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 - 40 minutes or until top is brown and crusty.
