Microwaved Steamed Carrot Bread

   Add the ingredients to the silicone steamer.

   Microwave uncovered for 50 seconds at 600 W to melt the butter.

   Add the remaining ingredients to Step 1.

   Use a spatula to mix and smooth out the surface.

   Close the lid and microwave at 600 W for 1.5 - 2 minutes.

   Once an inserted skewer comes out clean, it'd done.

   Let sit as is for 2 minutes.

   It's fluffy and finished!

   I used a 15 cm diameter silicone steamer.

    To remove from the steamer, insert a skewer between the cake and steamer and move it around the edges.

    Use a spatula to remove from the bottom gently.

    If you won't be eating it right away, wrap it with plastic wrap while still warm and let sit to keep it fluffy.
