Microwaved Orange Yogurt Cake

   Drain the yogurt.

   Peel the orange (including the thin, inner peel.)

   Using a mixer, combine the drained yogurt, egg, sugar, flour, and half the orange.

   Cut the remaining orange into small pieces.

   Finely chop some of the orange zest.

   Line your container with parchment paper and pour in the mixture and orange from steps 2 and 3.

   Lightly cover or wrap, then microwave (300W) for 8 minutes.
