Microwaved Custard Cream with Honey

   Mix the egg well and set it aside in a bowl.

   Mix the cake flour and granulated sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.

   Gradually add the milk to the flour mixture from Step 1.

   Add the beaten egg and thoroughly mix until evenly combined.

   Add the honey and mix well.

   Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.

   Stir the cream about 30 times and microwave again for 1 minute at 600W.

   Stir again and it's done!
