Microwave Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

   Prepare pasta as package directs; drain and set aside.

   In 2 qt casserole, cook onions on High for 3 to 4 min.

   Stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

   Add in noodles, tuna and vegetable, toss to mix well.

   Cook, covered on High 8 to 10 min till mix is warm.

   Stir occasionally during cooking.

   Let stand, covered 5 min.

   If desired, sprinkle with cheese flavored cracker crumbs.
