Microwave Spinach Casserole Recipe

   In glass pie plate or possibly bowl, microwave spinach till thawed.

   Drain thoroughly in colander.

   In glass container combine spinach with lowfat sour cream (approximately 1 small container, adding more or possibly less to taste).

   Sprinkle on layer of cheese and bacon bits (do not use artificial ones; they're too crunchy).

   Microwave till cheese melts, approximately 2 min.

   Serves 5 adults.
