   coffee cup is easiest to handle for this

   put oil & flour in cup and mix together

   put in microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir

   place back in microwave for 30 seconds.

   any longer and the flour will burn

   this may take up to 2 more minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, cause the flour will burn quickly in microwave

   when it reaches your desired color stop

   after the first minute and a half your flour will be cooked and loose that floury taste, my mom and I have used this method almost since the invention of microwaves.
