Microwave Rocky Road Clusters Recipe

   Combine sugar and cocoa in 2 qt glass measuring pitcher, stir in lowfat milk and add in butter.

   Cook, uncovered in microwave for 4 min on high or possibly till boiling, stir well.

   Continue to cook 1 minute on high.

   Remove from oven and stir in vanilla, oats and nuts, stir well.

   Let cold for 5 min and add in marshmallows and raisins, stirring well.

   Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, chill till set.
