1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick cinnamon
2 medium white potatoes, quartered
4 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
