Microwave Onion Soup Recipe

   In a 2 1/2 to 3 qt dish, heat butter (about 45 seconds).

   Add in onions, cover and cook 20 min, stirring every 3 min.

   Stir in flour and cook, uncovered one minute.

   Stir in broth, wine, salt and pepper.

   Cook, covered 8 min.

   Stir once or possibly twice.

   Sprinkle garlic pwdr on toast.

   Ladle soup over toast in bowl.

   Cover with cheese.

    Cook till melted.
