Microwave Lasagna Quick Recipe

   Place beef in 2 qt microproof bowl.

   Microwave on high for 5 min, stirring once.

   Drain any liquid.

   Add in spaghetti sauce, water, salt and mix well.

   Spread 1/3 of meat mix in 11 x 7 x 2 inch microproof baking dish.

   Arrange half of uncooked lasagna noodles over sauce.

   Spread with 1 c. of Ricotta cheese and sprinkle with 1 c. Mozzarella.

   Repeat layers, ending with meat mix.

   Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Double wrap with plastic wrap.

    Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated.

    Place dish on rack in microwave and microwave at 50% power for 30 min.

    Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.

    Micro-wave 2 min to heat cheese.

    Add in parsley.
