Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

   Make sandwiches with the crackers and peanut butter.

   Melt a square or two of the chocolate bark in the microwave.

   Dip the sandwiches (using tongs) in the hot chocolate.

   Place on wax paper. Let dry thoroughly.

   (You can also place in the freezer to speed dry.)
