1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. applesauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

confectioners sugar

In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar (3 tablespoons), baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
