Michael C's Mini Pizzas

   Preheat oven to 200C.

   Lightly grease 2 flat baking trays.

   Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl.

   Rub in the margarine until the mix looks like fine breadcrumbs.

   Add the milk and mix to a soft dough.

   Roll dough on a lightly floured board and divide dough into 8 pieces.

   Press each piece into 7cm circles and transfer to the trays.

   Spread the pizza sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden-brown.
