Mexican Style Corn Dogs

   In a large fry pan, add vegetable oil, heat to medium high heat.

   Meanwhile, have hotdogs and cheese ready to go.

   Two at a time, heat corn tortillas in the microwave for 35 seconds so they are soft and pliable.

   Place a hot dog on a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.

   Roll up fairly snug and place seam side down in vegetable oil.

   My pan fit four dogs at a time.

   Cook on each side about 3-4 minutes till brown.

   Remove and set on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels.

   Repeat process until all hotdogs are done.

    You can dip these in salsa and chili as a side.
