1 lb chopped flank steak
1/2 chopped onion
1 bunch cilantro
4 thinly sliced radish
1 pinch salsa verde
1 lime sliced in wedges
1 pinch adobo season
1 pinch garlic powder
2 cup masa corn flour

Marinate flank steak in adobo and garlic seasoning over night in a bag with lime juice and sliced onions

Follow directions for masa mix...or used prepared white corn tortillas

Cooked chopped flank steak on griddle w small spray of coconut oil

Lightly cook tortilla on the same griddle for 5 seconds each side

Spoon a tablespoon or two of prepared meat onto tortilla

Add pinch of cilantro and onions on top of steak

Add sliced radish on top as well and top with salsa verde
