To make lime mayo, combine mayo with lime juice and cilantro in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.

To make burgers, in a medium bowl combine pork, chicken, garlic, chile powder, cilantro, lime zest, salt and pepper. Use your hands to lightly blend mixture. Shape into 4 oval patties roughly the size of the French rolls and set aside or refrigerate until ready to grill.

Preheat grill to medium. Place burgers on the grill and cook 3-4 minutes per side. Mound cheese over each patty, cover, and cook until cheese has melted, about a minute more.

Spread lime mayo over inside of rolls. Place a patty on bottom half of each roll, then garnish with avocado, tomato and onion. Service with lime wedges on side for guest to squeeze over burgers.
