To prepare the pizza dough, crumble the yeast and dissolve in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Sift the flour into a bowl with 1/2 tsp of salt, then add the yeast mixture. Mix in a food processor with a dough hook. Add 2 tbsp of the olive oil to the dough then knead by hand until it is smooth and shiny. Split the dough into two balls, cover and leave in a warm place for about 45 mins.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp of the olive oil in a pan. Put the meat and the onions into the hot oil and fry briskly. Next, add the peppers and season, stir, and add the tomato puree and chili sauce. Pour in the stock and simmer for 10 mins, then, add the sweet corn and adjust the seasoning.

Preheat eh oven to 400u00b0F. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll out each ball to create 2 pizza bases, each 10-inches in diameter. Place them on greased and floured baking trays and sprinkle 4 tbsp of the grated cheese around the outer edge of the pizza base. Next, spread the meat sauce in the middle, and finish with the rest of the grated cheese on top. Drizzle each pizza with a tablespoon of the olive oil and cook for about 15 mins. Serve hot with the baby sweet corn sprinkled over the top.
