Mexican Crescent Bake

   Line oblong glass baking dish with unbaked dinner rolls for crust (bring up around edges, too).

   Brown ground beef; drain and stir in refried beans and Sloppy Joes mix.

   Put meat mixture on unbaked crust.

   Mix sour cream, egg and cheese.

   Pour sour cream mixture on top of meat.

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 25 minutes or until crust is brown.
