Mexican Cornbread – a delicious recipe with corn meal, milk, eggs, corn, jalapeno pepper, ground beef. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 c. corn meal
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
3 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper juice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
1 c. grated onions
2 c. grated cheese

Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain and set aside. Mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, creamed corn and jalapeno pepper juice. Grease iron skillet and layer the following: 1/2 batter, ground beef, grated onion, jalapenos, grated cheese and 1/2 batter. Bake at 425u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
