Mexican Casserole

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Brown hamburger, then stir in taco seasoning and 4 ounces of water and set aside.

   Put the remaining 3 cups of water, butter, milk, garlic, and sour cream in a medium-sized pan and bring to a boil.

   Take off heat and add instant potatoes.

   Take a 9 x13 baking pan and spray with cooking oil.

   Put potatoes in the bottom of the pan.

   Layer the cheese on top of the potatoes.

   Then layer hamburger on top of the cheese.

   Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Then add crushed Doritos on top and serve.
