Mexican Casserole

   Cook meat, garlic and onion together.

   Crush 1/2 bag of nacho chips and place in bottom of casserole dish.

   Put half of meat on crushed chips.

   Mix soups, Ro-Tel and enchilada sauce together. Put 1/2 on top of meat.

   Add next half of crushed chips, rest of meat, remainder of soups and place shredded cheese on top of casserole and cook for 1 hour at 350u00b0.
