Mexican Casserole – a delicious recipe with hamburger, tomato soup, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion
1 bell pepper
a little garlic salt
a little chili powder
1 pkg. Doritos

Saute onion and bell pepper in a little cooking oil.

Add ground beef and stir until brown.

Mix together all remaining ingredients except Doritos and cheese

and add to the hamburger meat.

Bring to a boil.

Butter a casserole dish and put a layer of crushed Doritos and layer of hamburger meat and continue layering.

Top with grated cheese.
