3-1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margerine
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour

Middle layer
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 1/4 cups icing sugar
3 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vanilla or Kahlua or Tia maria(when serving kids I use only vanilla)
Icing
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoon butter or margerine

Brownies: Melt unsweetened chocolate and 3/4 cup butter or margarine in micro wave or in double boiler. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, salt. Add to chocolate. Pour into grased 13 x9 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven 20-25 minutes. Bake less if you enjoy a chewy brownie.
