Melon Agua Fresca

   Place the melon and water in a blender or food processor and process until liquid (do it in batches if necessary).

   Strain the liquid through a fine sieve into a pitcher.

   Discard excess pulp.

   Add sugar and lime juice to the liquid and chill well before serving.
