   Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar.

   Make dough with yeast mixture, flour and salt. Knead for 3 minutes on floured surface. Let rest for 10 minutes.

   Melt butter and pour onto jelly roll pan. Tilt the pan so the butter pools at one end.

   Roll out dough on floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut dough into strips, dip into butter and place on pan.

   Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese before baking. Let rise till double, 10-20 minutes.

   Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve piping hot.
