COMBINE the mince, PHILLY, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, olives, oregano and seasonings in a large bowl.

HEAT oil in a large nonstick frypan, and cook the meatballs in 2 batches, for 5 minutes each or until browned.

Return all meatballs to pan.

Add tomatoes, stock and sugar, bring to the boil then simmer uncovered for 1520 minutes.

SPOON the meatballs onto a bed of couscous on serving plates and drizzle with sauce.
