1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup grated onion
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 dash pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon dry mustard
