meatloaf & mushroom gravy

   in large bowl, combine ground meat, onion (except 2 teaspoons) & seasonings to taste.

   tear bread into small pieces, soak in milk until most of the milk is absorbed.

   in medium bowl, combine bread, eggs, ketchup, Worcester sauce & mustard.

   using hands, blend this mixture into meat.

   put meat mixture in baking dish, shape into loaf.

   bake at 400 f for 1 hour.

   while meatloaf is baking, saute mushrooms & remaining 2 teaspoons of onions in oil until tender.

   add flour & cook till light brown.

   add broth, simmer 10 minutes.

    slice meatloaf & top with mushroom gravy.
