1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 oz tomato sauce
1 med grated onion
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Meat loaf sauce mix:
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup water

Mix all ingredients together. Form into a loaf. Place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Combine 'meat loaf sauce mix', pour over meatloaf (after 15-20 minutes of cooking). Replace in oven and cook till done, approximately 1 hour 10 minutes more.
