Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large sautee pan til hot. Add 2 T butter and mushrooms simultaneously and immediate lower heat to medium. Stir continuously for one minute. Add onions and garlic and rosemary and cook until onions are clarified. Add soy crumbles and cook 2 minutes. Remove from pan.

Put 2 T butter in pan over med heat until melted. Add flour and cook roux for 2 minutes, be careful not to brown. Deglaze the pan with the vegetable stock and add mushroom soy mixture back into pan and mix. Season with salt pepper.

Add soy mushroom mixture to 9x9 baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes until covered.

Cook in oven for 45 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
