2 can of peeled tomatoes, chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
1 head onion, finely chopped
5 clove garlic, cut in halfs
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
2 bay leaf
10 black pepper grains
1/4 tsp spearmint
1 pinch sugar
400 grams ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 head onion
5 tbsp bread crumbs
