2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. vinegar

Combine eggs, flour, salt and pepper.

Dip walnut-sized meatballs in and brown in skillet with hot oil.

Remove meatballs. Keep warm.

Pour all but 1 tablespoon of fat.

Add pineapple (diced).

Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
