Ingredients: 2 small Eggplant (slim Japanese type); 1/2 large Onion; 1 clove Garlic; 20 Green beans (frozen are fine); 300 grams Ground pork; 1 tsp Soy sauce; 2 tsp Sake; 1 Salt and pepper; 2 tsp Sesame oil; 2 tbsp Olive oil; 1 Red chili peppers; 1/2 tsp Soy sauce; 1 can Canned cut tomatoes; 2 tsp Soup stock granules; 2 tbsp Ketchup; 2 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce; 2 tbsp Milk; 1 to 2 tablespoons Honey; 1 dash Salt and pepper; 1 tsp Instant coffee; 1 leaf Bay leaf (optional)

2 small Eggplant (slim Japanese type)
1/2 large Onion
1 clove Garlic
20 Green beans (frozen are fine)
300 grams Ground pork
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sake
1 Salt and pepper
2 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Red chili peppers

1 can Canned cut tomatoes

Slice the eggplants and soak in water to get rid of the bitterness.

Mince the onion and garlic.

Cut the green beans in half.

In a bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped onion and ingredients and knead well.

Divide into about 16 portions (make the portions small) and roll into balls.
