Meatball Sandwiches – a delicious recipe with bolillo rolls, ground beef, eggs, milk, garlic, parsley. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

add all ingredients to mixing boll except for rolls and provolone cheese.

Using hands, mix ingredients together thoroughly.

roll meat mixture into 1in to 1 1/2 diameter balls.

place balls onto greased baking sheet.

Bake meatballs for 25-30 or until internal temperature of meatballs reach 165 degrees.

Heat pasta sauce on low until heated through.

Once meatballs are done cooking, let rest about 10 minutes.

Slice rolls length wise down the middle and place on baking sheet.

turn oven to broil.

Place 2-3 meatballs inside sliced rolls, spoon pasta sauce and 1 slice provolone cheese on top.

broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
