Meat sauce for pasta

   Boil the tomatoes and jalapenos for about 10 minutes

   Add all the spices and the water to the blender add the boiled veggies to the blender.

   Blend well.

   Add the beef to a deep pan and cook with no oil until thoroughly cooked.

   Add the blended puree to the pan.

   Stir and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on medium low flame.
