Meat Potato Burgers Recipe

   Put 1 lb.

   of hamburger meat in a bowl.

   Peel and chop 1 large white potato (raw).

   Put in the bowl.

   Peel and chop 1 small onion.

   Put in the bowl.

   Add in 1 tsp.

   of salt.

   Mix.

    Make 6 or possibly 8 patties.

    Put patties in a frying pan.

    Brown on both sides.

    Canned tomatoes, cut up, 2 c. with juice.

    Put in the frying pan.

    Cover.

    Cook slowly till done, about 25 min.

    Take patties out of the frying pan.

    Keep them warm.
