Meat Loaf With Mashed Potatoes

   Mix together all items and set aside.

   Using instant potatoes, mix up enough for 4 servings.

   In a greased 8-inch square pan, put half of the meat mixture, then all of the mashed potatoes and rest of meat mixture on top.

   Drizzle catsup on top. Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.

   Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.

   Serve with green beans and applesauce with cinnamon.
