2 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
4 sm. carrots, whole and boiled
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 teaspoon salt

Mix meat with flour, salt, and allspice.

Knead together very well.

Flatten out meat mix into 4 rectangles about 4 inches by 6 inches.

Place 1 carrot whole and 1/2 of sliced Large eggs and sprinkle with parsley on each rectangle.

Roll up jelly roll style and seal all edges and smooth out with wet hands.

Put 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can of water, 1 tsp.
