Meat Loaf For The Microwave

   Combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl:

   ground beef, bread cubes, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, egg and 1/2 cup ketchup.

   Mix well and pat evenly into a glass dish.

   Brush meat loaf with this mixture:

   1/2 cup ketchup, chili powder, brown sugar, lemon juice, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Microwave for 25 to 35 minutes on Medium-high heat or until done. Pour off liquid and let stand covered with foil for 5 minutes.
