2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground beef

2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 bell pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into oblong pan and shape.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
