First, preheat the oven to 180u00b0. While it is heating, heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the chopped onion, stirring occasionally. Fry the meat in another pan over medium heat, add the oregano, powdered garlic, basil, sea salt and ground pepper in the required quantities. When the meat has browned, add the garlic cloves, leave to cook for another minute, stirring continuously and then remove from the heat. Mix the Abredo and Afuega l Pitu cheese, parsley and sea salt in a large bowl.

Then anoint an oven-proof dish with the olive oil and tomato sauce and place 4 sheets of lasagne pasta at the bottom. Put some of the cheese mixture on top of the sheets, then a layer of minced meat and on top, another layer of caramelised onion and spinach. Add 4 more layers of lasagne pasta, adding the same filling. End by putting 4 layers of lasagne on top and sprinkle with grated Taramundi cheese. Then bake in the oven at 180u00b0 for 30 minutes.
